Miguelitos Puto Bumbong Mix 500 grams

PRODUCT PREPARATION PROCEDURE:

Using electric Steamer:

1. Dissolve 500 grams Puto Bumbong Mix in 1 1⁄2 cup water until dough form and rest for 15

minutes.

3. Divide dough into medium-size balls then grate to achieve coarse texture. Set aside.

4. Prepare greased foil using margarine, then scoop and place grated dough in aluminum foil.

4. Fold into cylindrical shape with fold both end and let the middle part slightly open. Steam for 15

minutes (depending on size).

5. When cooked, spread with margarine and top with shredded coconut and muscovado sugar.

Serve.

Using Bamboo Steamer:

1. For every 500 grams Puto Bumbong, mix 1 cup water until powder becomes moist.

2. Grease bamboo steamer with margarine butter and fill.

3. When cooked, spread margarine and top with shredded coconut and muscovado.
